The Online Scheduler is a truly impressive module. It is a real-time scheduling solution capable of replacing your paper Appointment Book. It is feature rich and very easy to set up and use. Can be used as a complete scheduling system or displayed on the web site to show available times. Item Setup This editor allows you to set up to 10 time-based items. It also sets the labels for the selection menus. Email Notifications An email is sent to you when an appointment is set. A confirmation email is sent to the User. Print Utilities All reports are formatted for full page printing. You can print a day's schedule at any point of the day. Printable reports are available for Client Information. The History section of the Print Utilities allows for viewing/printing trends. Profile Page A page is supplied to display information about the operator. There is space for 1 picture. User Registration Form This feature allows you to accept new Users through an on line form or display directions for User sign up.
